Each of our technicians are licensed by the North Carolina Private Protective Services. This state agency requires certain standards be met before our employees are licensed. These standards include: a clean criminal back ground, finger prints filed with the state bureau of investigation, and training hours through accredited classes and seminars. In addition to the licensing standards, each of our technicians go through an extensive training program to make sure you are completely satisfied with the installation of your security system.

Yes. Each of our system includes a back up battery which will keep the system running if AC power is lost to the system. Another back up device we offer is a long range radio transmitter which is installed at an additional price. For more information on this device contact us at mail@sanleesecurity.com or 919-774-3005.
In addition to back ups within the system, Security Central, a UL listed monitoring center, exceeds many back up requirements demanded by Underwriters Laboratories.
