The most likely problem is that the security system has a low battery. The first thing you need to do is make sure the system has ac power. This is indicated on most keypads by a light, no AC message, or AC power loss message. If this is the case check your circuit breakers, as well as, the alarm transformer (brown box plugged into wall outlet). If you find no problems with these items we need to be contacted for service.

Quite possibly your chimes have been turned off. One of the following steps should turn your chimes back on.
1. Enter your security code + 9 (Doors should chime now if not refer to number 2)
2. Enter the first digit of your code and wait for a long beep (Doors should chime now if not refer to step 3)
3. Enter 7 + 1 (Doors should chime now)
If none of these steps work we need to be contacted for service

First you need to contact security central 1-800-286-5699. Then tell them you want to put your account on test. Security Central will then ask for pass code. Your system will now be on test for 8 hours or until you call them back. Now you want to arm your system and set it off intentionally. You can set off one zone or your system in its entirety. When you finish testing you need to notify Security Central that you are done testing and ask for test results. The zones they give you should correspond to the zones that you activate. If Security Central says that they received no signals you need to contact San Lee Security for service.
